Athar Naseem Shaikh brings with him over 26 years of experience in the financial sector domestically and internationally, and has an in-depth knowledge in the fields of project finance, credit & marketing and corporate finance. He has worked with institutions such as Pakistan Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation, Banker's Equity Pakistan, Chase Manhattan Bank and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Shaikh played an instrumental role in establishing NEWS-VIS , Pakistan 's first Credit Information Bureau, of which he is also a director.
Mr. Shaikh has been actively involved with the evolution and development of the Banking and Non-Banking Financial Companies sectors in Pakistan, and has brought with him varied domestic and international banking/finance experience. In 2004 Mr. Shaikh was instrumental in floating a venture capital company, AMZ Ventures Ltd. on the Karachi Stock Exchange. This company was set up as the AMZ Group's effort for the promotion and development of the venture capital concept in Pakistan .
Mr. Shaikh has been directly involved in all debt and equity transactions executed by AMZ Securities (Pvt) Ltd. Additionally he has personally supervised transactions involving conventional as well as Shariah Compliant listed debt instruments, executed by AMZ Securities, and has also played a significant role with regard to debt restructuring and private equity transactions undertaken by the company.
Mr. Shaikh, has an MBA degree from the American Institute of Management in the Philippines.

| Ms. Hasnain has over 22 years of well-rounded experience in the local financial sector,Which encompasses a multinational commercial bank. brokerage houses, an investment bank, and a development financial institution.
Ms. Hasnain holds a B.A degree from Wheaton College , Massachusetts , USA where she graduated “Magna Cum Laude”, majoring in Economics.
Soon after her graduation in 1985, She joined Deutsche Bank (AG), Karachi [then known as Europes Asian Bank] as a Management Trainee, and by the time ashe left them in Feburary 1995, She had rising to the position of Deputy Manager Corporate Banking Department. At Deutsche Bank, Aprt from overseeing a Corporate Banking team as well as mananging her own corporate portfolio, She also initiated, set up and managed the Chinese Desk to solicit bonding business and deposits of Chinese companies operating in Pakistan. She assitionally introduced various trade finance products withing the bank, co-ordinated the first long-term foreign currency loan and was intrumental in sourcing and executing the first credit facility granted by Deutsche Bank to the government ofPakistan.
After leaving Dutcshe Bank she joined Smith international Securities (pvt) Limited [SISL--a joint venture between Smith Newcourt, Hong king, and the UDL group]. In April 1995, Where she headed equities desk as Senior Manager Equity sales. During her tenure at SISL, She not only oversaw the equity trades team and managed the equity trade of a diversify client base of local and foreign corporates/individuals, but also prepared the Standard operating procedures Manual as well as Five Year Business Plan for the company.
In August 1996 Ms. Hasnain joined ORIX Investment Bank Pakistan Ltd. As General Manager Credit & Marketing / Corporate Finance, where she was instrumental in setting up the Credit & Marketing as well as Credit Administration Departments and their overall systems. She established and built up a client base, with a 100 % recovery rate on the Advances portfolio. In 1997, she established the Trustee Department, which became a major fee generator for the Bank. She also established a Portfolio Management Division, which offered clients equity investment advice and services for investment in the Karachi Stock Exchange.
Upon leaving ORIX Investment Bank in 2001, Ms. Hasnain joined Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company (Pvt.) Ltd. As Senior Vice President Corporate Finance, where she was instrumental in reviving and re-activating the company's marketing department, which was previously directionless and inactive. She remained with Pak Kuwait for 2 years, before joining the AMZ Group, initially as Chief Operating Officer of their proposed Asset Management Company, thereafter being designated Chief Operating Officer of AMZ Securities (Pvt.) Ltd. At AMZ Securities, she is responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the company, and has also been responsible for its Corporate Finance Department since mid-2004 until March 2007. She was additionally designated as Chief Executive Officer of AMZ Access (Pvt.) Ltd. And Director of AMZ Ventures Ltd. In May 2006.

| Mr. Jamal completed his Masters from University of Karachi in Commerce and Business Administration. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Institute of Taxation Management and is in the process of completing the final level of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
Mr. Jamal completed his four years audit training from Ford, Rhodes, Robson, Morrow Chartered Accountants, a member firm of Ernst & Young , U.K. During this period he gained excellent exposure of financial, cost and managerial accounting and procedural systems of blue chip concerns such as Pakistan International Airlines, Pakistan Telecommunication, Civil Aviation Authority, etc. He has a vast experience in financial controls, accounts, taxation and company secretarial matters and has specialized in establishing internal controls, budgeting, operational planning, project costing and feasibility reports. |
